Nikko Futarasan

Tsuchiya Koitsu (1870-1949)

Futarasan is a Shinto Shrine, located in Nikko. The famous "Sacred Bridge" is part of the Futarasan Shrine. This is a chuban format print. According to Walker & Doi, the chuban version was the earlier edition, with a full-sized oban version being published after the war. The Doi publisher and craftsmen seals are missing.

This print was originally priced at $350.00, but got sold as a "Deal of the Day".
